On appeal by the plaintiffs from a denial of tax abatements by the city of Concord, the board of taxation abated the taxes of the plaintiffs on certain land and buildings in Concord, known as Lexington Manor Apartments and Lord Baron Apartments, for the years 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973.
