After a trial by jury, appellant was convicted of burglary, second degree, and sentenced to not less than two nor more than four years in the state prison. On appeal he raises three issues:

1. Whether the prosecution against him should have been dismissed because he was not brought to trial within 150 days after the issuance of the warrant for his arrest. 2. Whether the trial court committed reversible error...
