The material facts in this case are undisputed. Jones C. Hobbs (claimant) received an industrially related injury on 5 October 1972. Shortly thereafter, he submitted to non-industrially related surgery. He was treated for his industrial injury by Harry R. Stoner, M.D., a general surgeon, and was sent to Stanley S.
