PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff-appellant, Florence Szydlowski, is appealing an order dated December 8, 1972 granting summary judgment to defendant-appellee, General Motors Corporation (hereinafter GM). The motion asserts that Szydlowski's complaint "failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted", GCR 1963, 117.2(1). Szydlowski disputes that claim.
