Plaintiff appeals a determination of disqualification of unemployment benefits. At the original hearing the commission referee held claimant disqualified. This finding was affirmed by the appeal board and reaffirmed on appeal to the circuit court. After a procedural skirmish we were ordered by the Supreme Court to consider plaintiff's appeal from the circuit court as on leave granted. See Lasher v Mueller Brass Co, 392 Mich....
