The sole issue is whether a district court may suspend all or any part of the provision of RSA 262-A:62 (Supp. 1973) which states that upon conviction of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor the defendant's license "shall be revoked for a period of sixty days and at the discretion of the court for a period not to exceed two years."
