This is a matter in the Juvenile Division of the Court of Common Pleas of this county wherein the juvenile has moved to dismiss the petition against him and originally asserted as grounds therefor the double jeopardy provisions of the United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions and also the application of Commonwealth v. Campana, 452 Pa. 233, 304 A.2d 432 (1973) and 455 Pa. 622
