They raise the common issues of whether the evidence obtained from field sobriety tests performed at the request of a police officer by each defendant preceding his arrest for operating a motor vehicle on a public way while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (RSA 262-A:62 (Supp. 1973)) is competent, and whether it violates the defendant's privilege against self-incrimination in the State and Federal...
