In March, 1975, police officers dressed in civilian clothes entered the "Peek-a-Boo" Book Store in the City of Schenectady, on several occasions, and, without revealing their official purpose or authority, purchased magazines from the defendant, which he voluntarily sold to them. No arrests were made at the times of sale. Subsequently, these magazines were presented to a Schenectady County...
