Anna E. Miller and Donald H. Miller, her husband, filed suit in the Baltimore City Court for medical malpractice against Bon Secours Hospital, Dr. Sullins G. Sullivan, Dr. John D. Pound, Dr. W. Perry Arnold, Dr. Daniel G. Wehner and Dr. John E. Miller. Dr. Sullivan, the only appellant here, failed to file an answer to the suit resulting in the entry of a default judgment against him.
