This is an appeal from an order of the county court entered on May 31, 1973, dismissing the objection of Barbara Schreiber, the widow of Robert Schreiber, deceased, to the inclusion in the inventory of the estate of her late husband his interest in a partnership known as "Schreiber's Complete Shopping Center" in Fish Creek, Wisconsin.
