JACOBSON, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to a plea agreement reached with the County Attorney, the appellant pled guilty to the crime of burglary, second degree. The agreement was signed by the County Attorney, the appellant, appellant's attorney, and filed and accepted by the trial court at the time appellant withdrew his former plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty. Appellant was subsequently sentenced to not less than four nor more than five...
