Richard Hyatt, Sr. and Roberta Hyatt are husband and wife and the natural parents of Michael Hyatt, born July 18, 1968. Richard Hyatt, Jr. and Rosemary Hyatt, husband and wife, are the proposed adopting parties. Richard Hyatt, Jr. is a Major in the Army stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and resides in Sierra Vista, Arizona. He is the son of Richard Hyatt, Sr. and Roberta B. Hyatt is his step-mother.
