This is an action by the United States against Pro Football, Inc. (the Redskins) which operates the Washington Redskins professional football team. In its complaint the government alleged that the Redskins had violated the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, as amended, 12 U.S.C. § 1904 note (Supp. III, 1974) (the Act, Executive Order 11723 (3A C.F.R. 184 (1973 Comp.)), and the regulations pursuant thereto, in charging ticket prices for two 1973...
