Robert Vester, claimant in this workmen's compensation matter, was awarded by Determination Order of October 31, 1973, permanent partial disability equivalent to 25 per cent of the maximum allowable for unscheduled low back disability, plus five per cent scheduled disability for loss function of his left arm. The referee increased the award so as to allow claimant 40 per cent unscheduled low back disability and 10 per cent disability ratings each for...
