Appellant, Carol Ann Griffin, hereinafter referred to as defendant (along with co-defendant Gail F. Duncan who is not appealing), was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-73-2569, for the offense of Grand Larceny in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1701. The jury returned a verdict of guilty, leaving the question of punishment to the discretion...
