Appellants, Terry Royce Byrd and Eddie Joe Ringgold, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged, tried and convicted conjointly in the District Court, Blaine County, Oklahoma, Case No. CRF-73-508, of the offense of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in violation of 63 O.S. 1971, § 2-402.
