Victor Vancier appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, adjudicating him a juvenile delinquent pursuant to Sections 501-07 of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 5031-37 (Supp.1975).
