Appellant, Coyt Louis Mangum, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried before a jury and convicted of the crime of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in the District Court of Comanche County. Punishment was assessed at a fine of $500.00 and a term of two (2) years under the direction and control of the Department of Corrections of the State of Oklahoma...
