BILL STREMMEL MOTORS, INC., Appellant, v. Jack L. KERNS, Respondent.

Supreme Court of Nevada.

February 26, 1975.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Petersen & Petersen, Reno, for appellant.

John J. Frankovich, Reno, for respondent.
