Plaintiff Hercules Drawn Steel Corporation (hereafter Hercules) brought this action seeking a declaratory judgment to determine the rights under a contract between the plaintiff and defendant Doran Electric Company, Inc. (hereafter Doran). The trial court dismissed the complaint. The plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
