Howard appeals his jury convictions of seven counts of felony theft and one count of conspiracy. 1967 Perm.Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 40-5-2 and C.R.S.1963, 40-7-35. He contends that the trial court erred in requiring him to proceed to trial in the absence of a proper bill of particulars from the People and that he was denied his right to a speedy trial. We affirm.
