This is an interlocutory appeal by the People from an order of the trial court suppressing evidence obtained from a warrantless search of defendant's automobile and a grocery bag obtained from the automobile. The trial court found that there was insufficient evidence of probable cause to sustain the search and seizure, and that the defendant did not voluntarily and intelligently consent to the search.
