This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained when plaintiff's car collided with defendant's Caterpillar tractor as the tractor was crossing a highway. The case was tried before a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of defendant, finding as a matter of comparative negligence that defendant's negligence was less than plaintiff's contributory negligence.
