This is an appeal by defendants Stephen D. and Marilyn G. Brodie from an adverse judgment entered in the district court, Missoula County, in an action for the breach of a preemptive right provision contained in a buy-sell agreement. Plaintiffs Peter D. and Dana Klein cross-appeal on the issue of the amount of damages awarded by the district court.
