The narrow issue before us in this case is raised by the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission petitioning this Court for the enforcement, under Section 7(g) of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744, as amended, 43 P.S. § 957(g), of its subpoena duces tecum.
