Appellants, in three groups,1 are 60 fire fighters of the City of Macon, Georgia who were discharged for their participation in an illegal strike. In this action under 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983, the fire fighters challenge the constitutionality of the procedures by which their employment was terminated.
