These jury-waived cases involve actions brought by plaintiff railroad pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1337 to collect certain unpaid demurrage charges allegedly owned by the defendant grain company. Counsel, with highly commendable cooperation, have agreed to extensive factual stipulations dealing with the complex issues involved herein.
