We are called upon to review asserted errors in jury instructions that allegedly misled the jury, resulting in an inadequate award of damages.

In July of 1970 on Elmendorf Air Force Base, an automobile driven by Steven H. Bullock collided with a car in which the two Martinez children were riding. Edwin, then eight years old, and Edwardo, then eleven years old, suffered facial lacerations which produced scars. The...
