In this child custody proceeding the father appeals from an order which denied change of custody to him and which awarded an attorney's fee to the mother covering her legal expenses resulting from the father's motion to modify.

The marriage of the parties was dissolved in 1972. They have three children — girls aged eight and three at the time of the decree, and a boy, Darin, then five years old. Custody of all three was awarded...
