This appeal raises but one question: the sufficiency of the return of a writ of attachment in conjunction with a lawsuit on a promissory note issued in behalf of the appellee, Educational Credit Bureau, Inc. (ECB), to establish a lien against certain real property of individuals not parties to this appeal.
