The plaintiffs, as executrices of the estate of Stella Basko, brought an action against the defendant, Bridgeport Hospital, claiming, in the first count, damages for the death of their decedent alleged to have been caused by the negligence of three employees of the defendant specifically named in the complaint; and, in the second count, damages for assault and battery alleged to have been committed on the plaintiffs' decedent by the same three employees...
