Plaintiff who had been employed by the defendant corporation as an architect worked for the defendant for over six years. In addition to his wages, plaintiff was entitled to and elected to share in an Employee Profit Sharing Plan which provided among other things, that an employee would receive from the trust funds therein provided, 10% of the account after completing four years service, 20% after five years...
