In this workmen's compensation proceeding the employer appeals from an order of the circuit court affirming an order of the Workmen's Compensation Board (one commissioner dissenting) which in turn affirmed an order on remand entered by a hearing referee. The referee upheld a determination order of the Closing and Evaluation Division awarding claimant permanent total disability.
