Plaintiffs, Darrel L. Hetrick and Dixie L. Hetrick, sought to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by them when a car driven by defendant collided with the rear of the Hetrick's car. Trial was to a jury which returned separate verdicts in favor of defendant and against both plaintiffs. Plaintiffs appeal contending that error was committed by the trial court in the giving of instructions...
