This is an action brought by plaintiff, as trustee in bankruptcy of Clint's Appliance Sales & Service, Inc., to recover an alleged preferential transfer to defendants, Associates Capital Company of Delaware, Inc., and Associates Financial Services Co., Inc., under § 60 of the federal Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 96).
