This is an appeal by claimant involving the alleged failure of the State Accident Insurance Fund (Fund) to comply in certain respects with an amended opinion and order of a hearings referee, which this court affirmed as modified in Francoeur v. SAIF, 17 Or.App. 37, 520 P.2d 477, Sup.Ct. review denied (1974).

In the present proceedings the referee found that the Fund had failed to make certain payments required...
