PER CURIAM.

This is a direct appeal from Frank Pitts' conviction for violation of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2312. We affirm the conviction.

The government produced evidence to show that on September 24, 1974, in Jacksonville, Florida, Pitts borrowed a 1973 Buick from a neighbor, Paul Marich. Marich believed that Pitts wanted to use the car to take his laundry to the laundromat. Marich also gave the defendant $20 and asked him to have certain maintenance...
