Laurie Vagnini Kinnan has brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Act), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., against the Central Telephone and Telegraph Company (Central) for unlawful sexual discrimination in connection with her employment.
