This action was initiated by plaintiff Betty Lou Falk upon the filing of a complaint against the defendant Falk Corporation on January 3, 1973. The complaint seeks monies in the nature of annual payments allegedly due and owing plaintiff as beneficiary of a deferred compensation plan entered into between her deceased husband, Richard S.
