(Appellant) from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee's award of compensation for the specific loss of use of the right eye of James D. Barber (Claimant). Following an accident, Claimant and Appellant entered into a compensation agreement which was approved on August 26, 1970...
