OPINION

HERNANDEZ, Judge.

Defendant appeals his jury conviction for trafficking in heroin contrary to Section 54-11-20, N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl. Vol. 8, pt. 2, 1973 Supp.). He alleges two points of error:

1. THE TRIAL COURT ERRED IN DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO QUASH THE SEARCH WARRANT AND TO SUPPRESS REAL EVIDENCE. 2. THE TRIAL COURT ERRED IN DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR A DIRECTED VERDICT AS TO THE OFFENSE OF "TRAFFICKING IN HEROIN" BECAUSE...
