This matter is before us for consideration of defendant's appeal from the imposition of fines and costs by the Traffic Court of Philadelphia. After a careful consideration of the oral argument, briefs submitted,1 the entire record and the applicable law, we are convinced that defendant's appeal must be dismissed.
