Appellant, George Allen Buff, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Kay County, Case No. CRF-73-38, for the offense of Distribution of a Barbituric Acid Derivative, in violation of 63 O.S. 1971, § 2-401(A)(1), After a Prior Conviction for the offense of Sale of LSD. His punishment was fixed at a term of thirty (30) years' imprisonment...
