Defendant Winn was convicted of two counts of first degree assault in violation of § 18-3-202(1) (a), C.R.S.1973 (1971 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-3-202(1) (a)). He was sentenced to the state reformatory at Buena Vista for an indeterminate period not to exceed 15 years on each count, to run concurrently, with credit for time spent in custody. Winn seeks reversal, contending that prejudicial error...
