This is a criminal case in which the defendants have been charged in an indictment with conducting an illegal gambling business in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1955. Defendants Raymond J. Dulski, Donald J. Danowski, and George F. Kermendy have filed motions seeking a dismissal of the indictment.
