Appellant was convicted of kidnaping under 18 U.S.C. § 1201 and of interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle in violation of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2312. The case was tried to the court. Appellant raises several points on appeal, placing his major emphasis on his unsuccessful defense of insanity.
