Sime claims that the failure of California State University at Sacramento to employ her as a chemistry teacher was a violation of the prohibition of employment discrimination based upon sex in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Pursuant to Section 65(a)(2), F.R.Civ.P., the court ordered trial of Sime's action on the merits to be consolidated with her application for a preliminary injunction. Sime undertook...
