Mr. Moosman, the appellant herein, was defendant in the court below, where he was charged with and convicted of the crime of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance for value.1

He makes only one assignment of error, viz.: The failure of the trial court to order Salt Lake County (where he was tried) to pay the expenses of an expert witness to come from Canada to testify in his behalf or to grant a six weeks...
