The plaintiffs-appellants are collectively the owners of 100% of the stock of Long Island Diamond Reo Truck Co., Inc. ("L.I. Reo"). They appeal from a final judgment dismissing their claims on the merits against the defendants-appellees White Motor Corporation ("White") and Glenn F. Kommer.
